Taxes: Applicable taxes, for the province of delivery, apply to all amounts
Shipping: All Riverbend kits are shipped on open flat beds, in weather wrapped bundles, with the unloading being the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery is extra and will be determined by the direct rate charged to Riverbend by the trucking company.
On-Site Startup Assistance: Startup assistance is included with the Home series kits (for NB, NS, and PEI, please contact us for all other provinces and states). An experienced Riverbend builder will provide assistance up to the first three rows of logs and provide all the information necessary to continue the build
Payment Terms: A 25% deposit is required when placing an order with the remaining balance due upon delivery
Upgrades: Pre-painted steel roofing, rustic cedar rails, rustic half-log stair system, screened-in porches, screened-in sunrooms, and cedar decking are available upgrades to any cottage kit
