Taxes: Applicable taxes, for the province of delivery, apply to all amounts
Shipping: All Riverbend kits are shipped on open flat beds, in weather wrapped bundles, with the unloading being the responsibility of the purchaser. Delivery is extra and will be determined by the direct rate charged to Riverbend by the trucking company. All cottage shell kits and interior packages are able to fit on one flat bed
On-Site Startup Assistance: Startup assistance is optional in the cottage series and is available at a daily rate plus expenses (contact us for additional information)
Payment Terms: A 25% deposit is required when placing an order with the remaining balance due upon delivery
Upgrades: Pre-painted steel roofing, rustic cedar rails, rustic half-log stair system, screened-in porches, screened-in sunrooms, and cedar decking are available upgrades to any cottage kit
